Homewood Suites by Hilton is an American chain of all-suite residential-style hotels managed by the Hilton Worldwide. As of December 31, 2019, the chain consists of 505 hotels in 4 countries and territories with 57,545 rooms. 490 Homewood Suites hotels are independently owned and operated by franchisees with 55,899 rooms, while 15 hotels are managed with 1,646 rooms. Homewood Suites competes in the upscale tier of the extended-stay market, along with Staybridge Suites by IHG and Residence Inn by Marriott.

Here's what Tony has to say about his stay at a Homewood Suite in Houston, "If you plan to stay in Homewood Suites by the Galleria, please double check your room and be careful with bed bugs. I was attacked by 6-bed bugs on the first night of my stay and then my nightmare starts. Every night when I closed my eyes, I cannot sleep because it is my first time to see those bugs in real. I felt pains every day and due to lack of sleep, my entire business trip didn't go well. The general manager of the hotel told me the insurance company will contact me soon but until I checked out 5 days later, no one contacts me at all... No one mentioned any plan for how to prevent my belongs get affected by bugs and the insurance company after one week later offered me an oral $1300+ plan for my entire $7433 property damage and all the suffering. My entire business trip was ruined, and I still don't believe it happened and happening at Hilton's hotel."

"I agreed to a 200$ charge over the phone (including taxes and surcharges). They got my email wrong, so I never got a confirmation of the cost. The Thursday following my stay I was charged 40$ over the amount they told me, which equates to 70$$ in surcharges!! Why would anyone agree to a "low rate" hotel room and then get charged the equivalent of another night stay. Garbage customer service, they just out source their billing to another company who won't do a thing about it because its not there fault."

"$25 tax and fees?!! My room rate went from $52 to $77! I thought I was booking thru Best Western website, but I discover it goes to your middle man website that charges unusually high fees!"

"I tried to call to modify my existing reservation. I was forced to go through a multi step validation on my reservation and finally got to speak to someone and he hung up on me. Second time - spoke to a woman who informed me they don’t have the ability to modify/change reservations! seriously? Why is one of the automated options to change an existing reservation. At a time when the hotel industry is suffering- you would think Hilton would do a better job"
